UPDATE: BOMA Members Support Electronic Cigarette Legislation
New Regulations Effective as of April 26, 2014
 
In March, San Francisco Mayor Ed Lee signed an ordinance that would regulate electronic cigarettes' sale and use.  The new law is effective as of April 26, 2014.

California Electric Vehicle Charging Station Legislation

Through PG&E's Third Party Program, PECI recently launched a pilot retrocommissioning (RCx) program for small and medium buildings under 100,000 square-feet. Previous RCx programs excluded these buildings.
