ABOUT Supra a UTC Fire & Security Company

Supra a UTC Company, Fire & Security Division, is the largest manufacture of Key Lock Box management systems worldwide and provider of the TRACcess Rapid Entry system deployed by the San Francisco Fire Department.  The TRACcess system provides San Francisco building owners an opportunity to give unattended/after-hour access to the San Francisco Fire Department in case of an emergency or alarm response.  This increases the response time and minimizes potential building damage related to Fire Department response.

The program originated in August 2010 and already there are a number of San Francisco building owners who have purchased and installed the TRAC-Vault on their facilities.  The TRACcess system is UL listed and has a history trail of access indicating when and who accessed the TRAC-Vault to retrieve building keys.  Please see the San Francisco Fire Department for ordering details or click here.
