ACED SF
BOMA SF sits on the board of Arts-Celebrate-Elevate-Downtown (ACED) SF, a civic group of private, public, neighborhood and arts organizations working to bring inspiring and expansive public art experiences to the downtown area, to support local artists, and to attract residents, commuters and tourists to the area. The group recently launched its successful pilot initiative in Summer 2023 featuring a mural at Commercial and Leidesdorff in the Financial District neighborhood.
It All Starts Here Campaign
BOMA SF is a proud sponsor of the It All Starts Here Campaign, marketing campaign touting San Francisco's resilience, innovation, and beauty. This campaign celebrates San Francisco as the epicenter of economic activity, sustainability and acceptance.
Vacant to Vibrant Program
BOMA SF is proud to support the Vacant to Vibrant program, a public-private partnership administered by the Office of Economic and Workforce Development and SF New Deal. This innovative program provides the resources to fill vacant storefront retail spaces with exciting pop-ups, with several new businesses located in BOMA member buildings.
Downtown SF Partnership
The Downtown SF Partnership is the nonprofit community benefit district working to enhance the downtown core, the traditional Financial District and historic Jackson Square through public/private partnerships, placemaking, activating the public realm, clean and safe operations, marketing support and more.
The East Cut Community Benefit District
The East Cut Community Benefit District is the nonprofit community benefit district that comprises of Rincon Hill, Folsom Street, and the Transbay areas by While building a sense of place and pride. They provide cleaning, security, and programming, and work with property managers and the City to make the public realm more enjoyable for all.
Union Square Alliance
The Union Square Alliance serves its members and creates a high-quality, complete neighborhood experience by managing and activating public spaces; supporting existing businesses and attracting new investments; and convening, partnering, and advocating for the District’s future success.
