BOMA San Francisco Scholarship Program
We are pleased to announce the launch of the 2025 BOMA San Francisco Scholarship opportunities, designed to support the professional growth of our members. At BOMA San Francisco, we recognize that education is a key driver of career advancement, and we are proud to offer the BOMA San Francisco Scholarship Program. This scholarship provides financial assistance for course registration fees and essential materials, making it easier for members to access the education they need to thrive in the industry.
This year’s featured courses include:
- RPA | The Design, Operation, and Maintenance of Building Systems, Part I — Taught by Erik Carlson, Engineering Regional Director at Metro Services Group, this course will be held in six 4-hour sessions, offered from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., on Tuesdays and Thursdays from August 12 to August 28 (specific dates: 8/12, 8/14, 8/19, 8/21, 8/26, 8/28)
- Foundations of Real Estate Management — Delivered in ten 3-hour sessions covering seven key modules, this course runs from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on Thursdays and Fridays from September 18 through October 17 (specific dates: 9/18, 9/19, 9/25, 9/26, 10/3, 10/9, 10/10, 10/16, 10/17, 10/23)
- RPA | Ethics Is Good Business — A one-day course led by Tawni Sullivan, RPA, CRE Consultant at JNT Solutions, scheduled for Thursday, November 20, 2025, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Akiba Davis-Everett Memorial Scholarship
Honoring a Legacy of Service, Advocacy, and Opportunity
BOMA San Francisco proudly continues to honor Akiba Davis-Everett through the Akiba Davis-Everett Memorial Scholarship. This scholarship celebrates Akiba’s 10 years of dedicated service as BOMA SF’s Education Coordinator and her enduring commitment and passion to professional growth, continuing education, and expanding access in commercial real estate (CRE). The scholarship was established with the support and collaboration of BOMA SF’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Committee.
The scholarship fully covers enrollment in the Foundations of Real Estate Management course—a 30-hour, five-module in-person program beginning in September 2025.
