Mission
The Membership Committee aims to expand membership, engage current members, and provide seamless onboarding for new members while fostering a professional environment for member networking and collaboration.
Goals
- Focus on membership growth by identifying potential new members and initiating outreach efforts to highlight the benefits of joining BOMA San Francisco.
- Increase member engagement by creating and implementing retention programs that ensure existing members feel valued and engaged. Programs will include ongoing communication, networking events, and encouraging member participation in committee activities.
- Establish a comprehensive onboarding and orientation process for new members to ensure they are equipped with the necessary information, resources, and connections to integrate seamlessly into the BOMA San Francisco community.
