- Helped fund an advocacy campaign that secured $1.1 billion in transit funding and up to $750 million in operational loans for BART, Muni, AC Transit, and Caltrain—preventing devastating cuts and keeping service stable through early 2027. Sustainability

- Represented members in the statewide BPS working group.
- Partnered with YesSF and the San Francisco Chamber of Commerce to co-host Rethinking Urban Development for a Decarbonized Future. Moderated by Tom Arnold (Gridium), Chair of BOMA SF’s Energy, Sustainability, and Resiliency Committee, the event highlighted how decarbonization, thoughtful design, and people-first planning are shaping the future of homes, campuses, and cities.

- Successfully advocated to preserve full funding for sworn officers in the San Francisco Police Department and Sheriff’s Office and secured investments in 911 dispatchers and first responders as well as continued support for the District Attorney and Public Defender’s Office. - The Government Affairs Committee is on track to meet with every member of the Board of Supervisors—with just two meetings left.
- This initiative ensures supervisors put a member face to our organization and fully understand BOMA’s top priorities.
Downtown Revitalization
- Won transfer tax, impact fee, and inclusionary housing waivers for office-to-housing conversions.
- Continued support for Downtown Community Benefit District programs and activations.
