  • Saved millions in taxes by helping pass Measure C, providing a one-time transfer tax waiver, and Measure M, a $100 million historic tax cut benefiting large employers while exempting small businesses under $5M in gross receipts.
  • Reduced financial burdens for landlords by negotiating amendments to the COVID-19 Back Rent Ordinance and advocating for loan programs and grants to reimburse unpaid back rent.
